Welcome to Lime House B & B in Kirton-In-Lindsey and our heritage bed and breakfast service in North Lincolnshire.  Lime House is situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, close to Gainsborough, Caistor and Market Rasen in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This is ideal, rolling countryside for walking, cycling, golf, tennis, horse riding & other sports. We are 27 miles from the sandy beaches of Cleethorpes and conveniently located for day trips to Lincoln, Louth and Market Rasen all of which are less than an hour away by car.

Lime House Bed and Breakfast is in Kirton-In-Lindsey just off the main A15, about 7 miles South of the M180 Motorway and within 20 minutes drive of the Lincolnshire Wolds and close to Kirton Lindsey Airfield which is home to the Trent valley Gliding Club. We welcome individuals, families, business people, contractors and have special weeknight room rates for those doing business locally.

Kirton-In-Lindsey  has a selection of places to eat and drink including The George Pub, Bengal Dynasty Indian Restaurant, The Gardeners Rest, and tea rooms at the amazing Mount Pleasant Windmill. All are within walking distance.

If you are planning to visit Lincolnshire for a long weekend, or for a holiday, give us a call. Lime House is located close to a number of attractions in the county, including Cadwell Park Racing Circuit, Market Rasen Horse Racing Course, historic Lincoln  and historic Gainsborough.  

If you enjoy visiting local towns then Gainsborough, Caistor, Cleethorpes and Grimsby are within easy reach, while the historic city of Lincoln and its castle are about 25 miles south and within easy reach down the A15 by car.

Lincolnshire is also famous for its walking and cycling routes including the Viking Way and Bakewell Walk for ramblers.   With a network of quiet country lanes, cycle paths and sections of the National Cycle Network it couldn’t be easier to explore the county on two wheels.
